Who we are

This site is run by Wily Wren. For any question about your data, write to us through the contact form.

What we collect, and why

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to tell us: your company, phone number and message. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about working together. We rely on your request, and on our legitimate interest in answering it.

Analytics, only if you agree

If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are read and whether the contact form gets used. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years unless you clear them. We rely on your consent for this. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't link analytics to the details you send through the form.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive a basic signal without cookies, for example that a page was viewed, which it uses to estimate overall numbers. One small cookie remembers your choice for 12 months. You can change your mind at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Where it's kept

The website runs on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Messages from the form are delivered by email to our inbox, which is run by Google and may be stored outside the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland. Google may transfer it to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted by Google.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
